Alpha Warranty is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part Time Shipping & Fulfillment Assistant .

In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks related to shipping, printing, and fulfillment operations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of company materials and products to our clients and customers.

Part time hours 9 : 00 am to 3 : 00 pm, preferably on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

As part of Alpha Warranty’s Marketing team, your job duties will consist of the following :

• Printing company materials on Alpha’s in-house commercial digital printer
• Operating a commercial paper trimmer to finalize printed materials for delivery
• Assisting with mailroom operations, collecting and distributing daily incoming and outgoing shipments as well as helping with regular shipments from FedEx, UPS and the USPS.
• Packing and filling outbound Sales & Marketing orders using electronic shipping and fulfillment software
• Lifting and moving up to 45 pound boxes and large paper cartons
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Attending and participating in department meetings
• Other responsibilities as assigned

• Ability to work in an environment requiring standing for periods of time and lifting upwards of 45 pounds several times per day.
• Ability to read and follow instructions given in writing or verbally
